TRINITY (KYTX) - An argument Saturday morning resulted in part of a Trinity's man nose being bitten off at a Trinity residence.
Trinity Police arrested Lance Taylor, 24, of aggravated assault.
Authorities say the argument ensued after the victim awakened Taylor Saturday morning so that he could go to work. Reportedly, Taylor started arguing with his girlfriend, who is the victim's sister, over money and keys. Taylor became angrier and the 18-year-old victim tried to break up the argument. Taylor wrestled him to the ground and bit off a portion of his nose.
The victim said Taylor bit off the front portion of his nose.
The victim was taken to East Texas Medical Center in Tyler, where doctors performed reconstructed surgery on his nose.
The victim was released Sunday.
