(CBS) - Lance Armstrong is facing another allegation that he used performance enhancing drugs to help him win his 7 Tour de France titles.

The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency has filed formal charges threatening to strip him of his titles. The agency claims it has evidence of drug use dating back to 1996. Armstrong denies the charges calling the allegations baseless.
