EAST TEXAS (KYTX) -- The Shiner, Texas dad who killed a man he saw him abusing his 5-year-old daughter will not be charged.

The District Attorney in Lavaca County said, under Texas law, deadly force is justified in order to stop a sexual assault.

Tonight, the attorney for the man asked the media to give the family their privacy.
