FLORIDA (CBS) - Tropical Storm Debby is making her presence known in Florida this morning.

Some residents in low-lying areas are being urged to leave their homes. Debby has even spawned several tornadoes. At least one death is being blamed on the storm from one of the tornadoes. One of the biggest concerns right now is flooding. Some parts of northern Florida could see as much as 25 inches of rain.

Tropical Storm Debby is expected to make landfall by the end of the week -- anywhere from the southern tip of Alabama to the Florida panhandle.
