(KYTX) - Fired up in an interview for CBS's Face the Nation,  Republican House Speaker John Boehner refused to give the U.S. Supreme Court the final word on the controversial healthcare law.

"When we replace this we can have a common sense debate about which of these provisions ought to stay and which ought to go," says Boehner.

Boehner's first order of business is to hold another vote to repeal President Obama's law.

That vote will take place on July 11th.

It's a flashback to January of last year, when House Republicans tried the same vote, but were shot down by Senate Democrats.
