Entertainment News: Scientology Stalking Katie?

(CNN) - More details are emerging about TomKat's break up. TMZ reports that Katie Holmes believes she was being followed by the church of Scientology and thinks members have been stalking her. The church denies the claims saying it is not following or conducting surveillance on her. According to People Magazine, the actress was seen moving out of the couple's New York City apartment with their daughter while Cruise was filming a movie in Iceland. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' plans to divorce were made public on Friday.

(CNN) - NBA legend Micheal Jordan's son was arrested in Omaha, Nebraska over the weekend for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstruction. Police described 21 year old Marcus Jordan as very animated, intoxicated and un-cooperative with the off-duty officer who was attempting to arrest him early Sunday. Jordan had allegedly been in an argument with two women in hotel driveway. He was released from jail by Sunday afternoon. Jordan is a senior guard for the University of Central Florida basketball team and was in Omaha to cheer on a friend competing in the Olympic swim trials.
