(CBS) - The Fourth of July break is over so it's back to the campaign trail for President Barack Obama.

He will kick off a two day bus tour of Ohio and Pennsylvania. Mitt Romney will continue his vacation in New Hampshire. But he did make some news when he told CBS' Jan Crawford that the Affordable Care Act is a tax. This is a direct contradiction from statements made by campaign advisors earlier this week.
