MOUNT PLEASANT (KYTX) - A man is in serious condition at ETMC in Tyler after his arm became caught up in a industrial conveyer belt, Chief Larry McRae of Mount Pleasant Fire Department tells CBS 19.

The emergency call came in around 10:30 a.m. Thursday and Mount Pleasant FD responded to FM 899 in Titus County where the accident occurred.

It took crews about an hour to free the 25-year-old man from the machine. He was airlifted to ETMC in Tyler and is listed in serious condition.
