(CBS) - The House will begin debate today on repealing the Affordable Care Act-- President Obama's healthcare plan.

The vote is likely to pass the House of Representatives, but it is highly unlikely to pass the senate where democrats are in the majority. The White House has promised to veto the legislation if it makes it that far.
