(CBS) - The House is expected to vote today on a repeal of the Affordable Care Act--that's President Obama's healthcare reform law.

This will be the 31st time Congress has voted to repeal, defund or dismantle the legislation. While the repeal is expected to pass the House, it has little chance of passing the Senate. But if it does, President Obama has promised to veto the bill.
