Van Zandt County Sheriff's Office:

VAN ZANDT (KYTX) - On Friday July 13th, 2012, the Van Zandt County Sheriff's Office arrested Clint Wayne Mills on a warrant for the 2004 Attempted Aggravated Sexual Assault after he was released from TDCJ prior to the County being notified.

Investigators received tips from Crime Stoppers that lead to his location. The Van Zandt County Sherriff's Office along with the Department of Public Safety, Wills Point Police Department, Wills Point Precinct #3 Constable and the Canton Police Department's Helicopter was able to apprehend Mills on County Road #3502 without incident.

Mills is currently being held at the Van Zandt County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
