UPDATE: HOUSTON COUNTY (KYTX) - Lufkin DPS tells CBS 19 that there were 6 people injured in the accident Monday morning near Crockett that left one man dead.
The driver of the 2003 Buick, Pamela Moran, was transported to ETMC in Tyler were she is listed in fair condition.
The two of the three passengers of the 1997 Dodge Ram truck were transported to ETMC Crockett. Both Leona and Alondra Jaramillo have been treated and released. 4-year-old Andrea Jaramillo was taken to Dallas Children's Hospital and was treated and released Monday.
Farrel Hooks was in the 2008 Buick that was also involved in the accident and was initially transported to ETMC Crockett with injuries. Hooks was later transferred to ETMC Tyler and is listed in good condition.
The flagman at the construction site, Christopher Patton, was taken to ETMC and has also been treated and released.
UPDATE: HOUSTON COUNTY (KYTX) - The victim that died in the Monday morning wreck has been identified as Teddy Chance of Milam.
Eight other people were also injured when an 18-wheeler did not stop while driving through a construction zone area that was allowing one lane at a time to go. Four passenger cars had stopped waiting for their turn to proceed when the driver of the 18-wheeler ran over the vehicles.
Three of the victims were flown to ETMC in Tyler and five were brought to ETMC Crockett.
"Right now we're just compiling information from the investigation making sure the roadway is clear of debris so that traffic can flow and all move through," says DPS Trooper David Hendry.
Hendry says investigators don't know why the trailer crashed into those cars. They are currently looking into that.
We have contacted ETMC here in Tyler but they're not releasing those patients' names or conditions just yet.

All of the injured people have been sent to various hospitals.
No word on how severe the injuries.
HOUSTON COUNTY (KYTX) - DPS tells CBS 19 they are on the scene of a multiple vehicle accident near Crockett.
The accident happened on State Highway 7 around 11 Monday morning and involves at least three cars and a commercial vehicle.
Officials tell CBS 19 that at least one person has died from the accident and there are reports of people pinned in their vehicles.
Three emergency helicopters are heading to the scene.
CBS 19 will have more updates as they become available.
