Woman who claimed Halle Berry was coming to Tyler will plead guilty to felony theft

TYLER (TYLER MORNING TELEGRAPH) - A Tyler woman who said actress Halle Berry was coming to Tyler last weekend help fund raise for the building of a woman's shelter will plead guilty on August 3 to a charge of felony theft.
Denetrius Miller Johnson, 47, is charged with felony theft, a state jail felony.

She faces a sentencing range of probation to two years in prison, prosecutor Jason Parrish said on Monday morning.
