HARRISON COUNTY (KYTX) - Harrison County investigators have filed a fifth charge on Christopher Magill. The most recent charge is regarding an alleged assault by physical contact.

Magill is the Physician's Assistant who had charges filed in July after he exposed himself to patients under his care. He has had his license suspended in Texas on August 4, 2012 by the Texas board of Medical Examiners and also suspended in Louisiana after allegations were made by female patients of the clinics where he worked.

Magill was released on this misdemeanor charge on a $500.00 bond on September 24, 2012.

Harrison County Sheriff's Office:

HARRISON COUNTY (KYTX) - Harrison County Investigators received 3 complaints, all from females, regarding inappropriate conduct by Physicians Assistant, Christopher Magill (W/M/12-24-1986), in Waskom, Texas.

The complaints stated that the victims were seeing the P.A. during the month of February and during their examinations, the P.A. was asking very personal questions not related to the examinations.

The statements made by the complainants were that the P.A. exposed his genitals to the patients during the time he was alone with them in the exam room after discussions with the patients regarding their personal life.

One complaint stated that the P.A. touched her breasts inappropriately during an exam for an unrelated illness, thereby resulting in an assault charge. Magill was arrested for indecent exposure and assault charges. He was released from Harrison County Jail after his attorney posted and $8500.00 bond. Magill has since left the employment of the physician's office in Waskom and has been reported to the State of Texas Licensing Board.
