Several auto burglaries reported Tuesday morning in Tyler

TYLER (KYTX) - Tyler police are investigating at least four auto burglaries that were reported early this morning, including three on the city's west side.

The first car break-in was reported at 1:45 a.m. in the 1900 block of Woodlawn Street near West Gentry Parkway, according to Tyler police media reports.

After sunrise, auto burglaries were reported in the 900 block of South Donnybrook Avenue at 7:15 a.m., in the 1900 block of West Jackson Street near Peach Avenue Park, and in the 2900 block of SSW Loop 323 at 8:10 a.m.

Criminal mischief involving a motor vehicle was reported at 6:42 a.m. in the 500 block of East Ferguson Avenue, when the owner of a 2003 GMC Yukon noticed that a rock was thrown through the vehicle's window.

No arrests have been made. Police continue to investigate the cases.
