(CNN/CBS) - Some good news for Cuba Gooding, Jr. after a bar fight Tuesday.  The bartender, who says the actor shoved her, has dropped charges against the actor.

That's according to the bar in New Orleans' french quarter where the alleged incident occurred Tuesday.  The bartender told police the actor became irate after fans asked him to pose for pictures, and pushed her twice when she tried to calm him down.  The bar says it's investigating the incident.

Good news for Twihards.  While "Twilight" stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have apparently ended their off-screen romance, the producers of the "twilight" franchise aren't letting that affect their promotion of the final film.

In a statement to ew.com, Summitt Entertainment says it's moving full steam ahead and looking forward to the November opening of "Breaking Pawn: Part 2."  Meanwhile, Pattinson isn't letting the off-screen saga cut into his work to promote his upcoming film "Cosmopolis."  His rep says Pattinson is very proud of the film, and no confirmed engagements have been canceled.

Vanity Fair is out with its latest list of the best-dressed celebrities in the world, and the Duchess of Cambridge is on top for the second year in a row.  Kate is recognized for wearing a mix of designer fashions and lower-end pieces.  Alicia keys and actress, Jessica Chastain also made the cut.  The best-dressed men included-- Prince Harry, Jay-Z, and Patriots Quarterback, Tom Brady.

Also trending this Thursday, some changes for you, if you use Hotmail.  Over the next few months, Microsoft will invite Hotmail users to test a new web-based version of outlook.

Existing users will be able to keep their Hotmail addresses, but new users will have to choose an outlook domain.  Users of the new outlook can connect their e-mail addresses with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and twitter contacts.

Eventually, all Hotmail users will be forced to switch e-mail systems, but Microsoft has not set a firm deadline.
