Tyler police respond to protest at Troup Highway Chick-fil-A

TYLER (TYLER MORNING TELEGRAPH) - Tyler police are responding to reports of about 10 protestors at Chick-Fil-A on Troup Highway.

Tyler Police Spokesperson Don Martin said that officers have been dispatched to the location due to one protestor's sign that could be deemed as offensive.

Martin has said before that a person can be cited or arrested for public disturbance for offensive language and or actions in a public location.
