(KCEN) -- It just keeps getting worse.

The West Nile virus has claimed it's 9th victim in Dallas County as the virus continues to spread.

In north Texas alone, 315 human cases of the West Nile have been reported. Thirteen of them have been fatal.

Bell County has two confirmed cases of the virus. One of them was fatal.

And the count in McLennan County is now at 13 confirmed cases.
