UPDATE: Two people were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries, and a brother and sister were treated at the scene of a three-vehicle wreck near Winona.
DPS says a red sedan driven by 35-year-old Christian David Hodson, of Hurst, had exited Interstate 20's westbound lanes at Texas 155 but wanted to continue west on the freeway. DPS investigators say Hodson failed to yield to Texas 155 traffic at a posted stop sign, colliding with a GMC pickup. The GMC, in turn, collided with a Dodge pickup, and both trucks ended up in a ditch.
Hodson's father-in-law and the driver of the GMC truck were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries. A brother and sister in the Dodge truck were treated by EMS at the scene.
Hodson was cited for failing to yield right-of-way at an intersection.
