Saturated fat levels increased by your kids?

(KYTX) - As many parents know, having kids changes a lot of things. But is having kids causing a dent in your health?

A recent study shows parents eat more saturated fat than people without kids. This can be blamed on quick stops after school to pick up quick snacks like fries or chicken fingers.
   
While it may save you time it hurts you in the long run: high levels of saturated fats can lead to obesity, heart attacks,and high cholesterol.
