(CNN) - Kim Kardashian's 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries may not be legally over until next year.
Humphries is asking for an annulment. He is accusing Kardashian of marrying him just to make millions off their wedding, which was taped for reality TV. Kardashian's lawyer accused Humphries of dragging his feet while making his case with vague charges.
Humphries' lawyer says his case is taking longer to build because of delays getting documents from companies involved in the wedding broadcast. He's also having trouble subpoenaing rapper, Kanye West, Kim's current boyfriend, who could be a key witness.
Actress Mayim Bialik is recovering after being injured in a car accident Wednesday. According to People magazine, it happened in Los Angeles. Police say the former "Blossom" star seriously injured her left thumb.
The 36-year-old star posted a message on twitter, of course her husband typed it saying, "In pain, but will keep all my fingers."
(CNN/WMC) - Today marks the 35th anniversary of the death of Elvis Presley. There was a whole lot of burning love in Memphis yesterday as candles lit up the Graceland mansion.
Tens of thousands of Elvis fans gathered there for a vigil. It was worth the pilgrimage, with Presley's ex-wife, Priscilla and their only daughter, Lisa Marie stunning the crowds with a first-ever appearance at the vigil.
Elvis Presley died in 1977 from a heart attack after battling prescription drug abuse. He was 42 years old.
