The dead were 13, six, five, three, and two years old.

East Texas Medical Center has four of the wreck victims - two adults and two children. Conditions ranged from stable to critical.

There were 12 passengers in the vehicle, a GMC Envoy.

Three more children were flown by helicopter to Dallas Children's Hospital.

The remaining people were taken by ambulance to local hospitals.

Reports indicate the group was traveling from Marshall on their way to Splash Kingdom.

DPS says there were also 2 or 3 adults in the truck. No word on their condition.

Based on what the children were wearing and items in the truck, DPS says preliminary investigation shows the group was headed for a water park.
