LONGVIEW/GREGG COUNTY (KYTX) - A 31-year-old Longview man is in the Gregg County Jail today on $50,500 bond, after police found methamphetamine, pills, drug paraphernalia and marijuana during a traffic stop.

Officer Anthony Minyard with Longview Police Department initiated a traffic stop of Dustin Zane Bobbitt's Suzuki motorcycle in the 1700 block of Pine Tree Road, after Bobbitt reportedly failed to signal a turn from East Sarah Street. During the stop, Bobbitt refused to give consent to search the motorcycle, so Minyard called in a K-9 unit.

According to arrest records, officers found three grams of crystal meth, 2.2 grams of Xanax, scales and baggies in a storage area behind the motorcycle seat. About one-tenth ounce of marijuana was found in Bobbitt's shorts' pocket.

Bobbitt faces two manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance charges and possession of marijuana.
