After months of preparation during the offseason and preseason, the regular season in prep football is set to start this week. John Tyler is taking on Lufkin at Rose Stadium, Friday at 7:30 P.M.
Both teams have new head coaches. The lions are now led by Ricklan Holmes. Holmes has coached the team for quite some time but now that he's head coach, Holmes says he has something to prove.
