Isaac downgraded to Tropical Depression

Posted: Updated:

NEW ORLEANS (CBS) - Isaac has been downgraded from a tropical storm to a tropical depression, but the storm is still causing problems.

Right now, 28 Louisiana parishes are under a boil-water advisory. There were more reports of flooding Thursday as more than a foot of rain has fallen on communities in the Gulf Coast.

A least three people have died from Isaac. The bodies of a man and woman were found in 7 feet of water at a home in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana yesterday. One death has also been reported in Mississippi.

There are still more than a million homes and businesses without power in Louisiana and Mississippi. Isaac is expected to cross into Arkansas and Missouri today and will break up over the Midwest this weekend.
