White Oak police arrest probationer on two fraud charges

WHITE OAK/GREGG COUNTY (KYTX) - White Oak police apprehended a 25-year-old Longview probationer on charges of fraud and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Haley Nicole Still was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of North White Oak Road. She is charged with forgery of a financial instrument, fraudulent use or possession of identifying information and the paraphernalia count.

She remains in the Gregg County Jail on $5,000 bond and a $314 fine.

Still was released from jail Aug. 7 after 188th District Judge David Brabham gave her four years' probation after convicting her on three felony charges of fraud and forgery.
