It appears the post-RG3 era at Baylor has just as much promise as it did with the 2011 Heisman Trophy winner. The Bears marched into Ford Stadium Sunday night and delivered SMU its first loss of the season, 59-24.

Quarterback Nick Florence threw for 341 yards and four touchdowns. The bears scored at least 45 points for the 5th consecutive game. SMU has lost 10 straight to Baylor dating back to 1986. Mustangs QB Garrett Gilbert threw for 286 yards and two TDs but the Bears intercepted two of his passes.
