(CNN) - Hollywood is mourning the loss of an Oscar-nominated actor -- known for his performance in "The Green Mile." Actor Michael Clarke Duncan died Monday morning in a Los Angeles hospital. He had been hospitalized after suffering a heart attack in July. According to his fiancee, he never fully recovered. Michael Clarke Duncan was 54-years old.

(CNN) - Soul singer Seal now says he did not mean to imply that ex, Heidi Klum, cheated on him during their 7-year marriage. In response to reports that Klum is dating her bodyguard, Seal told TMZ he thought she -quote- "Would've shown a bit more class and at least waited until we separated first." Seal's rep now says his words were misconstrued and that he merely meant to point out that the couple was still legally married when Klum's new relationship began. The supermodel denies cheating. The couple separated in January and Klum filed for divorce in April.

(CNN) - Rumors are flying that Hollywood actor Bruce Willis is considering suing technology giant, Apple. According to British tabloid 'The Daily Mail', he's doing it over the rights to his private iTunes account. He reportedly wants to make sure his online music collection goes to his daughters, when he dies. Under iTunes' current terms and conditions, when users pay for songs and albums, they are essentially only 'borrowing' them. Though Willis's wife has reportedly dismissed the lawsuit claims- it raises some serious questions about what happens to the products we own online, when we die.
