TYLER/SMITH COUNTY (KYTX) - Smith County authorities reported 19 drunk driving arrests during its Labor Day 'No Refusal" weekend.

Of those arrests, DPS troopers jailed 11 offenders during the weekend as well as one DUI-minor charge.

Tyler police had 7 DWI arrests during the No-Refusal campaign, while Lindale PD had 1 DWI arrest.

Of the 19 arrests from those three agencies, four warrants were issued for blood specimens from at least four offenders, according to Tyler PIO Don Martin.
