(CNN) - Singer Patti LaBelle has agreed to pay $100 thousand dollars to settle a two-year-old issue. A mother filed a lawsuit against the singer accusing LaBelle of verbally and physically assaulting her and her child in the lobby of Trump Place apartment building in Manhattan.
