KAUFMAN (KYTX) - On September 6th, 66-year-old George Thomas Collins, left his residence in Kaufman at around 5 p.m.

Collins was last known to be driving a white with gray and blue stripping on the sides 2000 Motor Home Ford Damon Intruder with a Texas license plate number of 5-D-Z-T-H.

Collins has a serious medical condition and is believed to have left without taking any of his medications.

For any information to his whereabouts, Kaufman County Sheriff's Office requests to call (972) 932-4337.
