Brandon Allen, 34, Winona, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, July 10.

Ryan Ancell, 21, 5906 Brynmar Court, two counts of delivery of marijuana, May 12.

Sir Leonard Arnold, 22, 12710 CR 433, driving while intoxicated with a child, June 7.

Scott Berrier, 37, Chandler, possession of a controlled substance, July 16.
