UPDATE Tyler Police Department - On Monday, September 17, 2012, at 1:42 p.m., Tyler Police responded to Bullard Crossing Apartments located at 5105 Old Bullard Road in reference to a robbery of an individual.
The victim reported that he was robbed at gun point by a person that he knows in the parking lot. Police searched the area for the suspect and failed to locate him.
Upon further investigation the victim did not want to cooperate with investigators and stated he did not wish to pursue criminal charges.
TYLER (TYLER MORNING TELEGRAPH) - Tyler police are investigating an armed robbery near the Bullard Crossing apartment complex at 5505 Old Bullard Road.
According to police scanner transmissions, the robber fled the scene on foot, running towards the mall and made off with more than $500 from the victim.
