BOSSIER PARISH, La. (KTBS) - After appearing before the Bossier Parish court on drug charges the hearing for the wife of Billy the Exterminator is set to be continued later this year.

Earlier this year, the star of A&E's hit show William (Billy the Exterminator) and Mary Bretherton of Benton, Louisiana were arrested for possession of synthetic marijuana.

According to Bossier City Police spokesperson Mark Natale, the two were caught in April at the Courtyard Hotel by Marriott on the Louisiana Boardwalk. Police responded to a 911 hang-up call coming from their room.
The couple turned themselves in to authorities in June and bonded out of jail the same day.

According to court minutes Wednesday, the hearing for Mary Bretherton is set to be continued for further disposition.

The date given by the Bossier Parish District Attorney's Office is December 12, 2012.
