(CNN) - Lindsay Lohan is arrested again - for yet another driving accident. The actress was driving in a New York hotel parking lot when she allegedly hit a person - then kept going. She was arrested a few hours later and charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Lohan's rep says this is "much ado about nothing" and the claims against Lohan will be proven untrue.

(CNN) - Dave Matthews Band is the first group in chart history to have six straight studio albums debut at number one on the billboard 200. Their new album "Away From The World" was released Wednesday. Matthews is not only talking about the new album but voicing his concerns about the upcoming election. He says right now, he will whole-heartedly support President Obama, even if he's slightly heartbroken about it.
