BEAUMONT (KYTX) -- Two East Texans have joined a Federal lawsuit claiming they were sexually abused as teenagers by a priest in the 1970s.

The men, from Nacogdoches and Cherokee counties, claim the late Ronald Bollich sexually assaulted them when Bollich was assigned to the Sacred Heart parish in Nacogdoches.

Bollich died in 1996, but the men are suing the parish's diocese in Beaumont. A trial date has not been set.
