Trinity County man damages patrol car

TRINITY COUNTY (KYTX) - Justin Everett Rowe was arrested by Deputy Constable Ricky Hope after Rowe keyed the officer's car while the officer was sitting inside the patrol car.

Deputy Constable Hope was sitting inside his patrol car at the Trinity Community Fair when Rowe pulled out a pocket knife and scratched the patrol car from front to back. Hope got out of his patrol car and Rowe ran from the scene.

Deputy Constable Hope was able to catch and arrest Rowe.

Rowe was taken to the Trinity Police Department and charged with Criminal Mischief $1500>$20,000 a State Jail Felony. If convicted Rowe could spend up to two years in State Jail.
