Victim in syringes filled with animal tranquilizer attack remains in ICU, suspect's bond set

BOWIE COUNTY (KYTX) - Tuesday morning, Judge Nancy Talley read Sgt. David Kelly Horn the Magistrates warning and set his bond at $500,000 for Aggravated Assault charge and $100,000 for Deadly Conduct charge.

Horn is accused of attacking a female in his home with syringes filled with an unknown animal tranquilizer Monday.

The victim was airlifted to a local hospital for treatment and remains in intensive care.
