Business owner sells franchises over Affordable Care Act

KYTX (TYLER) - A local business owner has sold 2 CiCi's franchises.

Bob Westbrook tells CBS19 he sold the two Tyler locations to a father and son out of Dallas. This happened back on October 1st.

The decision was made on the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare.
