Jeep gets stuck trying to cross border fence

Posted: Updated:

YUMA, AZ (CNN) - A jeep tries to drive over a border fence and ends up getting stuck.

The U.S. Border Patrol says they suspect smugglers tried to drive the jeep over a 14-foot-high border fence using a makeshift ramp Tuesday. Patrolling agents saw it in progress.

They say the jeep got stuck and the suspects ran back into Mexico. Agents removed the jeep and have seized it and the ramp.
