UPDATE: TYler Police Department:

TYLER (KYTX) - On Monday, November 05, 2012, Tyler Police transported James Calvert from West Monroe, Louisiana back to Tyler Texas, after he waived extradition on Friday.

Calvert was booked into Smith County Jail around 2:15 p.m. He is being held on a $25,000,000 Bond for the Capital Murder of his ex-wife, Jelena Radobanovic Sriraman.

SMITH COUNTY (KYTX) - Suspect James Calvert is en route to Smith County Jail.

Calvert is accused of murdering his ex-wife and kidnapping his 4-year-old son Lucas Calvert on Wednesday, October 31st in Tyler.

Calvert was indicted on capital murder charges Monday morning, and upon arrival at the Smith County Jail, he is scheduled to appear before Judge Jack Skeen where he will be formally charged.

KYTX CBS 19 has a crew on the scene and will bring more updates as they become available.
