April 24, 2012 The Heico Companies, LLC announced the acquisition of substantially all of the assets and operations of Vette Corp and the plan to integrate operations of Wakefield Thermal Solutions and Vette Corp.

Wakefield-Vette today announces the continuation of the integration process with the consolidation of engineering, manufacturing and operations into the Wakefield-Vette Pelham, NH location. The transition from Ontario, NY to Pelham, NH is scheduled to be completed March 31, 2013.

The planned consolidation of administration and production operations will allow Wakefield -Vette to become more efficient, and deliver responsive, cost-saving benefits to Wakefield-Vette customers.
