UPDATE: Longview shooting victim identified

LONGVIEW (KYTX) - CBS 19 has learned the identity of the woman killed in a Longview shooting this afternoon.

Family say 39-year-old Barbara Hudson was shot and killed after a man walked into her home and began arguing with Hudson.  Apparently the argument got out of hand, and the suspect pulled a gun and shot Hudson before fleeing.

Longview Police are still looking for the suspect involved in the shooting. Police have not released a description of the suspect.

 LONGVIEW (KYTX) - Longview Police confirmed they are looking for the suspect involved in a shooting death this afternoon.

The shooting happened around 2:00 PM in the 1100 block of North 3rd street in Longview.

Kristie Brian with Longview PD says the victim in the shooting has died, and they are currently looking for the suspect.

The identity of the victim has not been released, and police have not released a description of the suspect.
