TYLER (KYTX) -- On Thanksgiving eve, two men agreed they have a lot to be thankful for.

Melvin and Murray Jones are twin brothers who turned 93 Wednesday. They celebrated with lunch at El Charro on the loop in Tyler.

Before lunch came we asked them about living in East Texas for more than 9 decades.

"It has [changed a lot]," Melvin said. "But it's still East Texas."

"I feel a little older because I can't get around as good," Melvin said. "But I just thank the good Lord I get around as good as I do."

The twins also have an older brother. Herman Jones is still going strong at 99 years old.
