HOPKINS COUNTY (KYTX) - A train accident leaves one man dead and 2 others behind bars.

It happened just before 9:30 Tuesday night in Hopkins County. The Hopkins County Sheriff's Department tells CBS19 Kansas City Southern Railraod called them saying they found a man's body on the tracks in Pickton -- near County Road 2391. Investigators say the man was on the train and ended up falling through an open floor car used to haul 18-wheelers. The train then ran over him. Two other men were also on the train with the victim. They were later arrested in Camp County on criminal trespassing charges.

The Texas Rangers and the Hopkins County Sheriff's Department is still investigating the accident.
