Jury selection is expected to happen Tuesday followed by his trial beginning Wednesday.
TYLER (KYTX) -- The trial for a doctor accused of murdering his wife is scheduled to start Monday morning.
Tyler Police say 76-year-old Bobby Nichols admitted to killing his wife Rosalind in July of 2012. An arrest affidavit says he lost his cool because she was nagging him too much.
Nichols is facing a first-degree murder charge. He's been free since his arrest after posting his $750,000 bond.
