KILGORE/GREGG COUNTY (KYTX) - Kilgore police are asking for the public's help identifying a suspect it says stole "a large amount of tobacco products" from a Kilgore convenience store.

Among the products were Newport cigarettes, Black & Mild cigars and Owl cigars taken from Clayton's store on Texas 42 in Kilgore. The department has released a photo from surveillance video of the alleged theft.

Anyone with information about the suspect's identity is urged to call Kilgore Police Det. John Rowe at (903) 983-1559 ext. 259 or Gregg County Crime Stoppers at (903) 236-STOP. Tips can also be texted anonymously to 847411+KILGORE+your tip. Reference KPD Incident No. 130100524.
