BEAUMONT (KBMT) - David Randall Terrell, 32, of Nederland , is in custody awaiting bond after police say he robbed at least two banks in Southeast Texas.
Terrell was arrested in Galveston around 5 p.m. Wednesday with the help of Galveston police officers and the U.S. Marshals Service.
Police say Terrell robbed the Mid South bank on North Main in Vidor on January 15. Then on January 18 investigators say he demanded money from a teller at BBVA Compass bank in Beaumont. On that day officers obtained a federal arrest warrant for Terrell.
Police say although Terrell is a suspect in the Saturday robbery at Woodforest National Bank in Beaumont, he has not yet been charged with that crime.
