Kilgore PD allegedly finds meth hidden in woman's body cavity

Kilgore Police Department:

KILGORE (KYTX) - A 21-year-old woman's arrest results in Kilgore Police allegedly finding meth in her body cavity.

On Sunday, Cassie Faye Thompson was stopped by Officer Brady Middlebrooks for a traffic violation when he discovered she had two outstanding traffic warrants.
Thompson was arrested and taken to the Kilgore Municipal Jail. While being processed at the jail, Thompson made several furtive movements indicating she had something concealed in her underwear.

Thompson was taken to Good Shepherd Medical Center Emergency Room in Kilgore where a small baggie of methamphetamines was recovered from a body cavity.

Thompson was further charged with possession of a controlled Substance and tampering with physical evidence, both felonies.
