Warrant issued for Kilgore woman accused of bigamy

LONGVIEW/GREGG COUNTY (KYTX) - Gregg County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a Kilgore woman accused of bigamy.

Candice Mechell Andrade was due in 124th District Court Monday afternoon for sentencing on her Aug. 9 indictment for being married to five men concurrently in May 2010. When Andrade didn't show up for Monday's hearing, 124th District Judge Alfonso Charles issued an arrest warrant.

Andrade has been out of jail on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond since Nov. 15. According to her indictment, Andrade was married to B.Keyser, S. Key, E. Pepper, Q. Garza and B.Culp at the same time. Court records show that, prior to her arrest, she received in-patient treatment at Behavioral Hospital of Longview.
